Per Inge Bjørlo (born 20 November 1952 in Ålesund ) is a Norwegian sculptor , painter and visual artist . He grew up in Spjelkavik outside Ålesund, and now lives in Hønefoss . He has a degree from Bergen Kunsthandverksskole (1974-1977) and the State Art Academy (1977-1981). Per Inge Bjørlo is considered one of Norway's most important living artists. The work "Inner Rom I" (1984) is considered one of the first installations made in Norway and collectively, the five works "Inner Rom" (1984-1990) have been named one of the most important artwork of Morgenbladet . Of key decorative assignments, the series of sculptures in connection with Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, are the most prominent
